Senior Engagement Manager
£50-£60K pa, plus excellent benefits
London SE1 (hybrid office/homeworking by negotiation)
The Senior Engagement Manager role has two primary areas of focus: firstly, working effectively across the full team to proactively engage, convene and consult a diverse audience of businesses, universities and stakeholders in the breadth of NCUB’s work, and secondly, managing the running of NCUB’s digital brokerage tool, konfer.
The successful candidate will oversee, deliver and evaluate NCUB’s engagement function. This means managing NCUB’s engagement managers, defining and overseeing delivery of clear objectives which align to the wider priorities of NCUB. It also includes working alongside a Senior Policy Manager and their team, to engage businesses, universities and wider stakeholders in all of NCUB’s activities, including policy, evidence and analytics.
The other key aspect of the role is the day-to-day management of konfer, NCUB’s digital brokerage tool. This means developing an annual work plan in line with NCUB’s strategic direction, and evaluating user and stakeholder wants and needs, ensuring that konfer is strengthened, developed and updated as necessary, to ensure it continues to deliver real, tangible and measurable value for universities and businesses.
