Sarah Cowan, Policy Lead for Skills

As Policy Lead for Skills, Sarah works closely with universities, businesses and government on key talent and skills policy areas.

Sarah CowanSarah came to the National Centre in 2015, joining the programmes team to work on Talent 2030 – an ambitious campaign to encourage more girls to pursue careers in engineering and technology. She was later NCUB's Policy and Programmes Manager with a focus on the talent and skills agenda in higher education and industry.

Now, Sarah also looks after our State of the Relationship report, and can be contacted regarding 2020 submissions.
