The National Centre for Universities and Business was asked by UK Research and Innovation (‘UKRI’) to launch the Research and Development (R&D) Taskforce to advise on the future of UK R&D.
The R&D Taskforce brought together senior leaders from across industry and academia, and together, they considered how partnerships between universities and businesses can be strengthened and maximised to drive growth and prosperity across the UK and to drive recovery post-Covid.
At the event in November 2020, we heard from a panel of Taskforce members directly and found out more about the extent of the work and final recommendations within the report.
