In June 2022, the National Centre for Universities and Business (NCUB), in partnership with Research England, held an event entitled “Improving knowledge exchange funding and priorities: Engaging with businesses”.
The event was held in support of Research England’s ‘Review of knowledge exchange funding’ , the purpose of which is to, ‘review approaches to knowledge exchange funding’ in the context of this government’s policy priorities including innovation and levelling-up. The event gave businesses and university representatives the opportunity to provide feedback on current funding and support mechanisms and suggest what more can be done.
