The Design Council are an independent charity and the government’s advisor on design. Their vision is a world where the role and value of design is recognised as a fundamental creator of value, enabling happier, healthier and safer lives for all.
Working with designers and other disciplines, the Design Council tackle major issues like health, ageing and community cohesion. They help foster innovation in business and public services, and improve the built environment. The Design Council also give people the advice, practical tools and knowledge to achieve positive changes in business, government or local communities.
