This short note provides NCUB’s immediate response to the 2021 Spending Review and Autumn Budget, which were both delivered on 27 October 2021. The Spending Review set the spending limits for Government Departments for 2022/23 through to 2024/25, with the Budget providing an update on the public finances and proposals for changes to taxation and spending.
