This report outlines the results of a CIHE (now NCUB) survey of 100 HR Directors and other senior business managers concerning their recruitment of postgraduates.

The results suggest show that the majority of employers both sought and valued postgraduates and that there is strong satisfaction with higher degrees, particularly in relation to specialist knowledge. However, employers were also concerned about ensuring candidates had the required leadership skills and work experience.
