Our approach and strategic, cross-sector network linking universities, business and government is unlike any other. We bring our members together to leverage the skills and talent fostered by our universities and to strengthen further the UK’s world-class research and development.

The purpose of the Talent 2030 Dashboard is to set out targets for increasing female particpation in STEM subjects, with fixed targets for 2030 at different levels of education.

While solid progress had been made compared to when the dashboard started in 2012, GCSE and postgraduate, female participation at A-Level and undergraduate had not increased strongly enough to reach the 2030 target.
