The Scottish Collaboration Progress Monitor assesses progress across four categories: Income, Partnerships, Flow of Knowledge and Enterprise Activity.

The 2014 trends in these categories are:

  • Income – HE income from Knowledge Exchange with industry remains broadly static in Scotland
  • Partnerships – The number of interactions with SMEs are stable but are decreasing in value
  • Flow of knowledge – Graduate employment in innovative sectors in Scotland is decreasing
  • Enterprise activity – The number of licences being granted and their value is decreasing
