This NCUB Green Paper calls for the Target 2030 Challenge: to increase the number of women studying physical and formal sciences at school and university, and then to attract and retain them in the manufacturing, technology, engineering and computing (MTEC) labour force.
It highlights that female graduates are not entering MTEC companies in sufficient numbers to increase the quality and competitiveness of the talent pool.
