David Docherty, NCUB Chief Executive

June is a tough month for students. End of year anxieties can lead to concern over exam performance, to questions about the future and how their hard-fought education will help build a successful career.

That is why NCUB is promoting a range of online materials for Placement Month in June, to highlight valuable resources which could help Students take that all important first step into employment.

Our ‘search for a placement’ page is currently populated with eighteen online resources allowing students to upload CVs, build profiles, interact with prospective recruiters/employers and search placements in a range of different sectors.

Our homepage also features a variety of useful editorial highlighting student experiences, impactful collaboration and placement projects, and tips for all aspiring graduates.

Our ultimate aim is to harness the talents of our young people, to create an ever more prosperous economic future for us all.

Best of luck to all students with their exams in the coming weeks.
