This report is a part of the NCUB Food Economy Task Force and outlines how the UK’s agri-food sector will need to respond to increasing global demands for food without impacting upon pressured ecosystems – all within the context of rising volatility from climate change.

This report sets out a new approach to these issues. It suggests that rather than the individual farm or land holding, the landscape as a whole is the correct scale on which to tackle the problems of sustainable land use.
