The Lambert Review of Business-University Collaboration was a report by Richard Lambert published by Her Majesty’s Treasury in the United Kingdom in 2003, which made “a series of recommendations aimed at smoothing out the path between Britain’s strong science base and the business community”.
These recommendations included the movement of talented researchers between universities and businesses, the building of dynamic networks, the benefits of both mission and funding diversity and that new mechanisms should be put into place to establish institutional priorities regarding knowledge exchange.
