NCUB launched the Knowledge Exchange Concordat good practice repository, providing universities clarity, learning and support for their knowledge exchange activities and encouraging collaboration between institutions to strengthen KE practices.

It’s also an opportunity to bring together existing resource guides which will help universities to build on their existing KE activities.

Strengthening knowledge-based interactions – called ‘knowledge exchange’ – between universities and external partners is of strategic importance to UK economic, social and cultural growth. This includes working with businesses and the public and third sectors, and all forms of partners external to the higher education sector.

At our launch event, we heard from Vice Chancellor of Keele University, Professor Trevor McMillan, Louise Wall, Senior Policy Advisor at Research England and a selection of UK universities featured on the repository as well as resource owners, included below. Do check out the variety of innovative KE practice featured on the site.
