This CFE Research review, commisssioned by NCUB, presents the results of the literature review on the graduate skills needs of UK employers. It is based primarily on reports from employer bodies and stakeholders.
The review took place as a first stage in developing research into industry demand for graduates. The report also highlights areas for further investigation into the supply of and demand for graduate skills as well as the skills needs and imbalances across different sectors.
