This instalment shows that:
- English universities are increasing the number of partnerships with small and medium sized businesses
- Innovate UK grants with academic partners in Northern Ireland are growing in number and declining in size
- Scottish collaboration is seeing increasing commercialisation activity seen in the higher number of licences granted and spin-offs active after 3 years
- Welsh universities are reducing the count but increasing the size of partnerships with small and medium sized businesses
