The approach encompasses both macro and micro perspectives, incorporating national and international statistics on intersectoral mobility, as well as micro-level data from research and innovation professionals, businesses, and LinkedIn profiles. These insights deepen the understanding of mobility trends, aiding in the development of a comprehensive evidence framework.
