State of the Relationship
The State of the Relationship is NCUB’s Flagship Report and is commissioned by UK Research and Innovation.
The report showcases the strength and diversity of collaborations across the UK and provides an updated assessment of the metrics on collaboration between universities and business. The report is published on an annual basis, and was first released in 2014.
Each year, NCUB publishes the Collaboration Progress Monitor (CPM), a bespoke tool tracking progress in UK university-business collaboration. This Monitor allows NCUB, in partnership with its university and business members and stakeholders, to assess year-on-year progress on collaboration, examining annual changes and tracking long-term trends.
We also feature articles from university and business and thought leaders from across the UK to offer some context to the report. We are always grateful for all the written contributions we receive from thought leaders that made this comprehensive evaluation possible.
